Teresa is one of the St. Louis region's most prominent healthcare defense attorneys and has served as both National and Regional Counsel for her product liability/ personal injury clients.

Teresa has tried cases to verdict in various high-exposure fields, including birth trauma, cardiology, surgery, long term care, assault, and products liability. She has served as lead trial counsel for two of the largest hospital systems in Missouri, and as Regional Counsel for two national providers of long term care services. Teresa has successfully defended claims of neglect on behalf of over 100 long term care facilities in the Midwest. She has significant experience handling Board matters for healthcare providers. She has also handled numerous sexual assault investigations and cases for her clients. Because of her success as a trial lawyer and leadership, she has been recognized as a Women's Justice Award Litigation honoree, a Missouri Lawyers Media's Missouri Law Firm Leaders of the Year Award recipient, as one of St. Louis Business Journal 40 under 40 honorees, Missouri's Top 10 Up and Coming Lawyers and as one of the Illinois Business Journal's Rising Stars.
